About
Lu's Coffee Co. was developed as a project for the Seneca County CEO Program.
Seneca County CEO is a year-long course designed to utilize partnerships that provide an overview of business development and processes. Community business partners and area high school juniors and seniors partner to create project-based experiences. The 2026 Seneca CEO was comprised of 14 students from 4 area schools.
The idea for a mobile coffee business came from enjoying coffee runs with friends, but being frustrated with the time and inconvenience of having to drive for over 20 minutes for coffee. By creating a mobile coffee business, Lu’s Coffee Co. can set up in Republic or Attica, making delicious coffee drinks more convenient!
